There is nothing that captures my imagination and jolts it in ways not known to many like prayers of some bible men. They were confronted with scores of dilemmas like we are, but in one way or another, they knew how to comprehend certain spiritual dimensions.
Hab 3:2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
Habakkuk seems like a man living in our days. He only happens (like most of us today) to be hearing the works of God, victories of God, and great things the God of Israel did which seemed absent in his time.
God had told him to write down the vision, even if the vision was to tarry; it was surely going to pass. But in chapter 3 he seems keen to reminisce what had happened in the days that God showed forth his mighty power and glory in Israel, and he says "revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known oh God ; in wrath remember mercy."
We need to see the works of God in our time in Jesus name, especially the glorious power of the Lord at work, as he revives his work.
Many folks are sick, and some others are enslaved in sin needing deliverance. It is about time and the harvest is ready and ripe, and the Lord is doing great things. I have always been saying "just because it seems as if God is not doing something, it doesn't necessary mean that he isn't doing something in our time."
Let's pray, calling on his precious name all the time and we will be able to see God reviving his work in the midst of the years. This year; 2016 we are going to see the exploits of the kingdom of God. He is raising a great people to do his work as he confirms his word with signs and wonders. To him me glory forever!

You're A champion
As we wait with bated breath to usher in a brand new year; most of us are excited about what will evolve in the course of the year ushered. In 2016 we are the champions though we don't oftenly say so for fear of being christened braggarts: why is it that we don't say so? Because we know who we are without announcing it; thus we quip.
Goliath was the champion of the philistines and he challenged Israel to produce a champion to fight him for a period of forty days. They that were in the battle front got afraid because they didn't believe that they were champions for fear gripped their mortal souls, and even the King fretted with the rest, though he was anointed. 1 Sa 17:4-12)
David had been anointed and in the course of time he had fought the lion and the bear. When he came to the battle front and heard the words of the champion, he never took lightly the disparaging words, and the defying of the army of Israel because he was a champion.
Only a champion can bring down a boasting champion that defy the power of God and his army. Having therefore the anointing God has anointed you with understand today that you're going to wrestle every power that has been defying you. Every disease, every problem, every situation, and many a peril that will rear their ugly heads; you will slay them. It's a year of great victory, and you're the champion that the world hasn't known. God is making you known. And when every other person is cowing under the boastful words of the enemy, you shall resist him and he shall be brought down with a single stone directed his way as did David against the giant that had been elevated and venerated among the philistines. It's your year and may you excel and triumph in Jesus name!

Men Of The East ( Wise Men)
About the men of the East who came to pay homage to the newly born King; the narrative opens our blurred vision, and makes us see how God can bring people to his son from jurisdictions never before imagined.
Many times those who are nearest to the means, are furthest from the end. Mat 8:11, Mat 8:12. The respect paid to Christ by these Gentiles was a happy presage and specimen of what would follow when those who were afar off should be made nigh by Christ.
2. It should be noted by a keen observer that they were scholars of great repute. and they dealt in arts, curious arts; good scholars should be good Christians, not the other way round, for it's very vivid - "we see many opposed to Christ." And, thus, many have lost track, missed their spiritual steps as they chased after scholarly themed hypothesis that dragged them away from the source of life.
Is it not the right time to draw closer to the source of life? With diverse problems gripping humanity; of truth scores are yearning for emancipation, and this can only be found in Christ. He still saves, heals, and binds the broken-hearted, giving deliverance to them that are oppressed daily. He is the author of life, and it is him that completes our faith. In him we derive strength, and aren't forsaken, neither shall he fail to watch over us!

Winning The Battle
winning the battle is the ultimate prize. Successes don't just show up at the door step. The bigger the challenge, it is evident; greater is the victory, and experience is earned in the aftermath.
The bible greats triumphed against all odds because they trusted upon Him that called them. Faith is a critical component, so is prayer. To become victorious, we need to spend more time in prayer. Much as we desire a change and GOD'S might move, we have to develop close relationship that enables us know him intimately. We need to be different in all aspects because we have been singled out by God for dominion and overcoming all odds that are raged against us is part of who we are in him.
Winning is for us, and we can learn this through bible verses that illustrates how the patriarchs won battles by upping their faith in God. Complaining, murmuring and passing the blame isn't going to help us win, rather will make us fail to achieve the ultimate goal. Listening to the voice of the enemy can be disastrous. Our greatest hope is in Him that overcame satan on the cross, and since signs of his coming are glaring, we need to be doing something for God, than just saying we need to do something for God, but not doing it.
The Spirit of God will move greatly, and there will be a spiritual spring of revival to all nations. It's our greatest desire to be part of what God is doing. We need to team up with the like minds and reach out to many for God. Our craving is to see sincere worship, praise, preaching, and zeal for God back in his house. And you can be part of this great revival by observing simple saintly norms that we find ourselves ignoring all the time. Again God will not fail to do what he promised even if many turn their backs on him. He has a people that will honor him and do his bidding.
Even if the world is sliding to near spiritual anarchy, the precious Lord is stirring some of us to keep the fight, and not lose that which is precious that has been promised to his children. It's very rewarding to know him intimately, and see how his authority affects Kings, the nobles, free and they that are in bonds. He is God that frees the soul from its enslavement, and heals those that are diseased. Time is up for us to duly surrender to his causes, and see that powerful move in our days. May his name be glorified continually forever and ever!

Sound Of Revival
The sound of revival can be heard. There is a great craving for the move of God. From the US to India, from Brazil in South America to Africa, Europe to Australia hungry souls are yearning for the great move of God.
We need to be ready, seek God, pray for the power of God to be evident. The gospel has been diluted, sugar-coated and manupilated for self gain or filth lucre, but God has people undifiled and ready to be used of him. Let's serve God, reach out, do his will and we will see the Lord fulfifiling his promise to us. 2016, is the year of great shifting in the spiritual realm. And God is going to do powerful things.
